dm Goh enjoys cooking and eating simple and healthy dishes like ABC soup and steamed fish. This dish is very nutritious, with its name 'ABC soup' derived from having Vitamin A from the carrots, Vitamin B from the potatoes, and Vitamin C from the tomatoes.
“If you have children who detest the complex taste of herbal soups, this is a great alternative.”
Traditionally speaking, it is widely believed that the ABC soup originated in Malaysia. But what makes this soup interesting is that every culture has its own spin when cooking the ABC soup. For example, Malaysians enjoy adding spring onions into their ABC Soup, but Mdm Goh’s version omits the spring onions, presenting it as a simpler dish than usual.
If you have children who detest the complex taste of herbal soups, this is a great alternative; Mdm Goh’s ABC soup is light yet rich with nutrients, and easy to prepare!
